The Residential and Non-Residential Programmes, by a combination of internal cleansing and nutritional treatment, detoxify and rejuvenate the body.

Colonic Hydrotherapy, also known as Colonic Irrigation,  is an internal bath that helps cleanse the colon of poisons, gas, accumulated faecal matter and mucus deposits. Using sterilized or disposable equipment, filtered water is gently introduced into the rectum. The water progressively softens and expels faecal matter and compacted deposits. For established clients a treatment last about an hour.

Many of the body’s ailments and diseases result from the accumulated effects of years of inappropriate nutritional habits. The Clinic encourages clients to acquire eating ways that are best suited to the individual client’s health and bodily needs.

Toxic waste accumulates from dietary habits, illness, stress and medication. The Residential and Non-Residential Programmes, using a combination of Colonic Hydrotherapy, exercise  and other therapies, the consumption of freshly prepared organic juices, rest and Nutritional Advice are designed to make it much easier for clients to detoxify relatively quickly and effectively.

For clients whose needs have been determined after a case history has been taken at the Clinic, appropriate herbs and supplements can be provided.

Clients cannot be helped unless they first visit the Clinic and their problems have been determined. Once this has been done and any necessary treatment has started clients are encouraged to telephone for help and advice whenever they feel they need support, advice and reassurance.
