Sound and Vibration Therapy Healing

 

Sound is capable of calming or energising the body or mind. Because our bodies are made up from energy, they react to sound on the energetic or spiritual level. Sound therapy uses both ancient and modern instruments in order to help balance the body and remove the negative energies that can cause unhealthiness. Such instruments include singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, mantras and didgeridoos. These are selected and played in order to re-tune the body back to its ideal song. Each body has a unique “tune”  that is made up of the vibrating energies of the chakras, organs and so on. While unique, there are some basic standard frequencies to promote optimal health and sound therapy aims to get the body back to these.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

For this treatment I use Tuning Forks and a colleague, Kathy Winston, who operates at the Clinic, part time, uses Himalayan and Crystal Bowls. Kathy in addition to being is a Registered Nurse BSc(hons) working full time on Clinical Nursing at a large NHS Hospital, is both a Sound Therapy Practitioner and a Reiki Master.
